The low pH formula reduces hair swelling caused by chemical services, such as tinting, lightening, straightening and perming. It deactivates and removes ammonia and peroxide residues while eliminating perm odors. How To Use: After shampooing with K-Pak Clarify Shampoo, rinse and towel-blot hair. RJOCare Distribute a small amount of Cuticle Sealer throughout the hair and leave on for 5 minutes. Rinse and towel-blot excess moisture from hair prior to apply K-Pak Reconstruct Deep Penetrating Reconstructor.
