Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included with the returned item.
How to Start a Return
- To request a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
- Once your request has been reviewed, our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) Number along with detailed return instructions.
- You will also receive the appropriate return address based on your location.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
- Please clearly write the Return Authorization (RA) Number on the outside of your return package.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 5 business days.
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
- If you would like an exchange instead of a refund, please indicate the replacement item in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used beauty products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Email [email protected] with clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging so our team can assist you promptly.
Order Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
- If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it. We will do our best to accommodate your request if processing has not yet begun.
