How To Use: Apply ⅔ of the Keratin Neutralizer on the rods for five minutes. Gently remove the rods and apply remainder of the neutralizer for another five minutes. Rinse hair thoroughly. Total Neutralization time - 10 minutes. Suggested Neutralizer amount: 125ml but amount can be determined based on the clients hair density and length.
